Breakfast, mainly comprising fresh produce, delicious home-made cakes and biscuits as well as Corsican cold meats and cheeses, is served on the terrace near the pool, facing the morning sun and the mountains, or in the dining room.

Residents dinners are based on a set menu. Food is served indoors or outdoors, depending on guests’ wishes and the weather, in a quiet cosy setting. Primarily made from local and seasonal produce, it combines a wealth of flavours with the simplicity of traditional authentic cuisine.

In the lounge facing the mountains, sitting comfortably on a sofa in front of the fire or on the terrace alongside our swimming pool, take a look at our drinks menu. At tea time, we offer you a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolates to enjoy with our home-made pastries.
